Full Job Description
- Support casual recruitment campaigns, attending careers fayres and local establishments
- Managing recruitment administration
- Monitoring Flow (e-learning) completion for all casual workers ahead of racedays and events
- Supporting the delivery of training sessions for casual teams
- Creating internal communications documents such as newsletters and briefing sheets for casual teams
- Reporting on metrics such as completion rates, returners to site
- Manage the 1711 Social Media platforms
You will be experienced in the hospitality industry or similar service industry, with good administration skills and an eye for detail and precision. You will have excellent time management skills as well as self-motivation and the ability to work on your own initiative and within a team environment. The ability to communicate in a proactive and positive manner is essential. A passion for service excellence is also essential, as is your desire and ability to build strong working relationships at all levels within the business. You will also have: - Attention to detail and able to follow a process
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver deadlines
- Integrity, commitment and diplomacy
- Strong ICT skills including Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Experience of working in a customer facing position in the Hospitality Industry
- Good knowledge of social media
- An excellent standard of literacy and numeracy
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
- Flexibility to work weekends when required for events and weekend race days
- Confident in the use of MS Office, especially Excel, along with other computer programmes

You will be responsible for all the administration relating to recruitment and training, including ownership of the department's social media activity.
