Rector

The Lord Chancellor and the PCC seek to appoint a Rector who will help us to evolve and enable us to be more courageous in our mission. The new Rector will:

• be an open and inspiring leader, while being an effective manager and team-player.


• have skills and experience of successful outreach.


• sustain and develop:

+ our mission to families, children, young people and schools
+ our provision for older people
+ the diversity of our worship styles and our strong music tradition
+ connections between our different congregations
+ onew volunteers and greater engagement across our congregations
+ a welcoming and inclusive approach to all, including offering Prayers of Love and Faith for same-sex couples.
