Full Job Description
We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Administrator to join the Paediatric Psychology Admin team as part of Psychological Medicine, based at Addenbrooke's Hospital, Cambridge.
This team provides an onsite administration service between the hours of : - : - Monday - Friday.
This is an exciting position that supports a multi-disciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of team work, have excellent attention to detail, be confident and willing to learn, able to find solutions to problems and able to cope under pressure.
The post involves data inputting of patient information, face to face and telephone contact with patients and clinical staff, writing letters and emails, and providing other general administrative support to the service and team.
Main duties of the job
The ideal candidate will have great communication skills, be well organised, have a sense of accountability, accompanied by an ability to work under time restraints and pressure at times.
We are looking for someone who can offer good support to our colleagues, be a team player and work together to manage workload.
We will provide the necessary support to ensure your development within your role. We are keen to support and develop our staff.
