Reflections Manager

Sirius Academy North are seeking to appoint a Reflections Manager. This is a unique opportunity to lead and implement strategies in order to provide the best possible environment for our students in the Reflections room. The right candidate will work alongside senior leaders to develop and maintain a positive, ambitious culture which promotes excellent behaviour and enables students to fulfil their academic and social potential.

Salary: Grade 8, Point 25 £35,235 - Point 28 £37,938 pro rata for 37 hours per week, term time, plus five additional training days (39 weeks per year).
