The Peninsula London is seeking to hire Refrigeration & Catering Engineers who will take pride in ensuring the good maintenance and repair of all Cold Rooms, Refrigeration & Catering equipments throughout the Hotel and Residences, complying with all building regulations and mandatory inspections. - Market leading remuneration, service charge and attractive benefits, Ensure Engineering maintenance requests are carried out in a timely manner to a good standard in accordance with established policies and procedures, maintenance programme and operation schedule including but not limited to: House Rules and Regulation, Health and Safety, Emergency Response and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Carry out both planned and reactive maintenance works on Cold rooms, Refrigeration & Catering equipment throughout the Hotel to ensures they are in good working condition and perform reliably and efficiently.
- Carry out inspection and testing Refrigeration & Catering equipment to ensure they are operating in compliance to their relevant industry guidelines and regulation.
- Cooperates and co-ordinates with all engineers and external contractors whenever necessary and interacts with other departments to provide additional or specialized guest services., Your daily health routine:

- Minimum 3 years in a similar role within a similar environment.
- Trade certified or NVQ level in Refrigeration & Catering
- Basic knowledge of building service such as HVAC systems and Plumbing and Drainage and relevant rules & regulations.
- Ability to communicate effectively. Good problem-solving skills, organised and detail oriented.
- Fluent English communication proficiency.
