Full Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Regional Service Manager to oversee and optimize our service operations for integral cooling technologies across a designated region. The ideal candidate will lead a team of service technicians, manage client relationships, and ensure the efficient delivery of maintenance and repair services for our cooling systems. Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure that the Retail / Commercial Service Administration team maximises service performance in line with Integral and our customer's KPIs
  • Manage consistent delivery of all team objectives.
  • Be responsible for the Business Unit (BU) P&L in conjunction with your Line Manager.
  • Ensure that the BU operates in line with Integral's policies and procedures.
  • Manage and create suitable working patterns to ensure adequate cover 24/7
  • Motivate and manage the BU Administration Team.
  • Develop and implement improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency ensuring all service works and PPMs are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Prepare analysis, report and presentations for senior management and customers, attending meetings and performance reviews to present said data when required.
  • Representing Integral and Cooling Technologies division with clients at a senior level taking account responsibility for key accounts.
  • To meet, develop and maintain clients within the Retail, Commercial and Industrial fields.
  • Manage and be a part of the 24/7 escalation process.
  • To identify means of generating extra revenue through new initiatives .
  • To identify cost saving initiatives.
  • Where possible - to assist others with tasks that may be outside of the scope of your role.
  • Ensure that all relevant company and legislative policies and best practices are adhered to and maintained at all times.
  • Ensure compliance with all procedures throughout within your remit.
  • Comply with all ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO18001 standards.
  • To ensure Refrigeration industry codes and standards are upheld.
  • To comply with Integral's environmental policies and putting forward new ideas for improving environmental efficiencies.
  • Adhere to and manage H&S procedures with due regard for business constraints and efficiency.

    Well organized and attention to detail.
  • A flexible approach to work including travel and unsociable hours. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Excellent customer service skills. Experience within the Refrigeration and M&E Industry. Experience with Global, Vixen, Verisae, Ai, CAFM Systems and Remote Worker IT Platforms. Experience of Service Delivery with National Supermarket Retailers. Management of a service desk environment. Experience of liaising with customers and their managing agents.
