As a Regional Bank Care Assistant you will work across a number of care homes, which is to cover holiday, absence and maternity leave and will work at different homes,

  • Supporting them with daily activities such as washing, dressing, eating and maintaining personal hygiene
  • Providing care, warmth and kindness to help make a difference
  • Developing relationships with relatives to help support you in understanding their needs and developing the personal care

  • Strong communicator and influencer
  • Confident in developing relationships quickly in different locations
  • Energetic and hard-working
  • Flexible and adaptable to change
  • Able to drive, hold a full licence and have access to a car
