Full UK Driving Licence essential as you would be travelling across the Midlands, As a Regional Operations Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of our care services. You'll lead a team of compassionate Healthcare Assistants, whilst ensuring the highest quality of service delivery. Your commitment to excellence and empathy will make a significant impact on the lives of our clients.,

• Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families and clients to ensure holistic care
• Inspire, motivate and build a highly skilled and engaged workforce and show a strong commitment to nurturing and developing staff
• To provide leadership, support and mentorship to frontline staff
• Look to maintain and improve the CQC standards within all packages
• Rota management

Due to major growth of our business, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Regional Operations Manager to join our dedicated team. Having experience within a similar role is preferred, however the attitude to help deliver "Outstanding" care to the people we support is even more important., Have the ability to work in a fast pace reactive environment
