Full Job Description

Job OverviewHome based (National) may be required to travel to other locations and Local office

-Support Director and Regional Team with administration support ensuring service delivery inline with SLA's and KPI's.

Main Duties

-Ensure Superdrug reactive calls are responded to and closed within SLA.

-Update billing with changes in client requirements to maximise revenue.

-Ensure compliance for all QHSE reporting and site based documentation.

-Work with finance to ensure all risk cost- penalties are captured through the process

-Collate any accident investigation from the key individual's on site i.e. CCTV statements etc.

-Pull all information together send to risk

-Liaise with other service lines in provision of service and execution of Adhoc requests.

-Process and control invoicing and recharge for Adhoc and periodic work.

-Liaise with outside providers in creating and developing management information.

-Manage escalated issues to completion engaging with appropriate stakeholders.

-Review monthly audit none compliance and ensure closure and resolution direct with site.

-Review and track plant maintenance and compliance for client.

-Manage own time effectively to complete all given duties within role.

-Arrange client newsletters to be produced and distributed

-Report on weekly performance statistics by ROM and SSM across the High Street Portfolio

-Track and report outstanding QHSE actions to ensure correct procedures and dealines are followed

-Track current Fleet list and update accordingly

-Coordinate Regional Meeting venues, attendees , minutes and suppliers.

-Manage Fleet compliance with the team and resolve any issues.

-Implement and distribute consumable and recharges changes.

-Track hospitality for Everton contract

-Allocation and redeployment of IT Kit to avoid duplicate ordering.

-Collate Overtime submissions for Ops team

-Maintain retender tracker and order books as required for region.

-Maintain national account calls 2 weekly.

-Review & Support on Contract Mobilisations within the team.

-Support roll out of Merlin across regional business - get to site and become proficient in its use

-Support changes in Q-Audit with national team as directed.

-Support changes of WP+ platform and payroll changes

-Support on debt and AI chasing for regional accounts

-Support team in updating leavers within success factors.

-Collate operator sales for Region

-Collate Risks for region and track on risksafe

-Review & Support on Special Projects across the Region - Including team voluntereing events

-Track team progress of mandatory training

-Manage changes within the structure and update relevant documents.

Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with team members and external contacts.

-Proficiency in the MS Office suite, ensuring adept handling of various administrative tasks.

-Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accuracy in all tasks.

-Practical and well organised with a clear demonstrable ability to multi task and prioritise workload based on priority

-Excellent customer liaison skills

-Excellent interpersonal skills to liaise with both client and internal stakeholders

-Ability to engage and persuade others in solving problems
