Full Job Description
We are looking for a part time Regional Administrator to join our Bright Horizons Central Region. You will be responsible for supporting a number of lovely nurseries with their administration across Warwickshire and Oxfordshire from Kenilworth and Rugby to Harwell. You will be based primarily at our Southam nursery but travel to various sites is a requirement. What we can offer you Our benefits include, but are not limited to;

- Lead parent outreach initiatives to increase nursery utilisation and memberships.
- Support the manager with new nursery places, extra sessions, and booking changes.
- Assist parents with financial queries and offer solutions.
- Manage backup care bookings and enquiries.
- Ensure Redfish system is up to date and accurate.
- Coordinate monthly invoice runs and encourage use of the parent portal.
- Collect monthly invoice debt and manage payment plans.
- Administer funding and headcount tasks with the funding team.
- Support the Nursery Manager with administrative tasks and client reports.
- Attend local authority NEG training sessions.
Proven track record in delivering outstanding customer service. - Ability to resolve customer issues and make independent decisions.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and data entry.
- Experience in an Early Years administrative role.
- NVQ in Business Administration or equivalent (Desirable)
