Full Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Employer and Skills Services - SES, the Regional Employer Manager role is pivotal in supporting the performance of Specialist Employment Services contracts. The primary focus is on developing and managing productive relationships with employers and localised networks. This leadership role involves managing a team of Employer Engagement Leads (known internally as Employment Engagement Specialists) and Vacancy Coordinators across a vast geographical area. The objective is to provide employer engagement support, drive performance objectives, manage accounts, support recruitment initiatives, drive participant employment outcomes, and offer expert insights and guidance., + Drive results through effective management, ensuring sales goals are met or exceeded
+ Inspire and motivate a high performing sales team to foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging open communication and teamwork
+ Implement training programs to enhance knowledge and sales skills
+ Lead the team with adaptability, adjusting strategies to align with evolving market conditions, following overall business objectives
+ Have strong communication with internal and external stakeholders, inspiring effective change to enhance contract performance
