Full Job Description
As a Regional Engineering Manager you will be responsible for identifying the current state of maintenance and engineering resource at each regional site, creating plans to bridge the gaps with the goal of improving capability. You will be pivotal by understanding current maintenance and engineering performance using data analysis and engaging with stakeholders. You should have experience in introducing PPM schedules on a variety of production equipment through critical path analysis while following legislated health and safety processes.
The ideal candidate will have detailed knowledge of pneumatic and electrical systems and HNC in electrical or mechanical engineering with time served. They will have an ability to conduct fault finding assessments and make critical decisions based on their findings. To be successful you must be able to work as part of a team, engaging confidentially and constructively with stakeholders of all levels.
