Regional Farm Advisor - Castle Veterinary Surgeons

We are looking for someone who has a passion for delivering value and making a successful contribution to a small cross-functional team. This is a field-based role so the ability to travel is essential. Day-to-day duties of the role will include:

• Building and maintaining client relationships
• Identify new business opportunities which include but is not limited to new markets, new clients/ farms/ buying groups, new products to help promote our business
• Providing support at Trade Shows and attending Marts
• Supporting and working with farmers regarding animal health
  
  An excellent communicator
• A self-starter with the ability to plan and prioritise workload
• A positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills
• Have a passion for Agriculture and understand the challenges that our clients face
• Possess a strong understanding of the company's products and services, the competition in the industry and positioning
• Have the energy to grow the practices and their services, looking to not only offer cleading clinical care but be the go-to farm vets within their region
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other database management and operating systems
