Full Job Description

You will report into the Finance Manager for Care Operational Finance Team - North, and you will support the Regional Managers for two of our regions. This role will support the transformation, implementation and effective monitoring of financial systems and processes to safeguard the organisations financial interests and to support decision making, in addition you will be responsible for maintaining effective relationships with all key stakeholders and challenge appropriately to ensure delivery of high standards of customer care.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Regional Finance Manager to join our Sanctuary Care team, based in Worcester and will be working within a wider team of 14 people. Working in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment with the latest technology, you will utilise your strong systems, communication, and analytical skills. In return you can be assured of plenty of support and the very best training. The Person To succeed in this role, you will have recent experience within a similar role with robust knowledge of accounting regulations, legislations and current practice, alongside excellent data analysis skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritising workloads. It is essential that you will hold a professional accountancy qualification (ACCA, ACA or CIMA), highly motivated with a passion for the successful delivery of projects. There will also be regular travel and overnight stays. Ready to join us?

  • As a fully qualified Accountant, salary is £49,824.35 including an additional policy allowance of £6,498.83 per annum (rising to £52,446.62 including an additional policy allowance of £6,840.86 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)
