An exciting opportunity has emerged to join Moto, in the Operations Team. We are looking for a Regional Gaming Manager to be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management and performance of gaming machines within the assigned region. This includes ensuring optimal financial performance, compliance with regulations, maintaining strong relationships with site teams and external partners, and delivering on key business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the performance of gaming machines across multiple sites, ensuring all machines are fully operational and meet revenue targets.
Oversee installations, maintenance, and repairs of gaming machines in the region.
Conduct regular site visits to ensure that machines are well-maintained and in compliance with industry regulations.
Monitor revenue and profitability of gaming machines, ensuring the region meets or exceeds budgetary targets.
Analyse performance metrics (such as VTP, income, and machine usage) and identify opportunities for improvement.
Prepare regular financial reports and presentations for wider business
Ensure full compliance with Moto Gaming policy
Manage investigations into compliance issues, working with relevant stakeholders to resolve them efficiently.
Ensure compliance with AML laws and machine security measures are constantly reappraised by liaising with the various machine suppliers and manufacturers, making recommendations for actions.
Ensure all licenses are up-to-date and maintained, coordinating renewals as required.
Contribute to the development and execution of regional strategies to enhance gaming machine performance and customer satisfaction.
Proven experience in a gaming or machines management role, preferably at a regional or multi-site level.
Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L statements.
Knowledge of gaming regulations and compliance.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret performance data.
Strong communication and relationship management skills.
Flexibility to travel regularly within the region.
