About this role:

Working as a Regional Growth Manager is all about taking ownership of your's, your team's, and your region's success. Locations: Leeds, Newcastle, and York.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

• World-class coaching & people management. You'll be responsible for a team of high-performing Territory Managers, each striving to improve the commercial health of their own territory. Through one-to-one coaching and performance management, you'll ensure they maximise their own potential and deliver commercial growth for Just Eat and our restaurant partners


• Strategic growth of your region. You'll have commercial data and insight at your fingertips and the ability to set your own regional objectives, designed to ensure the continued growth and success of the Just Eat brand within the local community


• Razor-sharp delivery of key business initiatives. At Just Eat we're always moving forwards, pushing the boundaries as to what's possible in our mission to create the world's greatest food community. You'll be at the heart of these programmes, ensuring that the expectations of the business are delivered to our restaurant partners via your team of Territory Managers


• Key role in shaping the UK Account Management strategy. As a member of the UK Commercial Management team, you'll be part of our strategic brains trust, working alongside key business stakeholders to help set short, medium, and long-term growth initiatives.


• Key Account Networking. As a senior Sales leader within your region you'll develop commercial relationships with key owners and influencers across the local Just Eat restaurant network, helping you build local industry awareness as well as supporting you in spreading key Just Eat messages.


What will you bring to the table?


• Proven experience working in a sales management role, preferably one that's field-based


• Previous experience in e-commerce, FMCG, or retail environments.


• A passion for coaching and the development of others with a proven track record of managing high-performing teams


• A desire to take ownership of goal-setting and deliver against ambitious targets


• The capability to understand data and turn it into effective insight


• Razor-sharp attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively


• World-class networking and relationship-building skills
