Full Job Description
We are thrilled to share this fantastic opportunity for an intern to join our Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) Wellness Director team on a 12-month placement. This placement is ideally suited to a student currently undertaking a bachelor's or master's degree who is looking to gain understanding and influence how wellness is developed, executed and maintained across our international portfolio of spas across EMEA. From day one, our placement students are fully integrated into Team Hilton. Our placements offer vast exposure and opportunities, such as networking with senior executives, involvement in regional conferences and for some, international travel. Based in our EMEA headquarters, Watford, you will be part of a cohort of 40+ Interns and take part in regular connect meetings, short assignments and feedback sessions designed to support your development. You will benefit from a subsidised restaurant, a games area and a free in-house gym.The Opportunity As the EMEA Wellness intern, you will support our directors, who have extensive International Spa, Wellness and Hospitality experience and who create and develop the EMEA strategy for both Development and Operations across Hilton's multi-brand portfolio. During this internship you will support with a range of activities and key deliverables that will shape and influence the EMEA Wellness strategy. It is a great opportunity to experience Wellness from the development, operational and corporate side of our business, and you will gain exposure to numerous different projects throughout the duration of your assignment with us. You will be an integral part of the team and activities will include:
- Collating and analysing information, which will help assess our EMEA Wellness performance. You will also input your own ideas on how we can be even better.
- You will assist with the organisation of EMEA Wellness activity across the region.
- You will support delivery of the EMEA Wellness strategy and objectives.
- You will execute on a number of projects, monitor and present findings back to team., Embarking on our year in industry programme is a transformative journey, encompassing a structured framework of learning and development activities. Here's what you can look forward to:

First and foremost, Hilton is a hospitality company, and we are looking for individuals with a strong sense of alignment to our culture and values. - Must be a current Bachelor's or Master's student with a required 12-month year in industry placement as part of your degree, preferably studying in a Hospitality or Business Management related field at point of application.
- Must be able to start on the 7th of July 2025, to work full-time for a 12-month duration.
- Must be eligible to work in the UK. If you are a non-UK national, without EU Settled or Pre-Settled Status then you will need to be studying at a UK university to be eligible to undertake a placement here.
- Must be fluent in English (speaking, reading and writing).
- The ideal candidate will have at least an interest in the Wellness/hotel/hospitality industry, if not relevant to your degree or any work experience you might have.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Exceptionally organised and comfortable prioritising tasks and working to deadlines.
- Additional European, Middle Eastern or African language skills would be advantageous, although not essential.
