Full Job Description

In the Summer of 2023, we embarked on our 'Connect' programme to review the way we work to improve our homes and services and meet the evolving needs of our residents.
Our transformation programme will build an organisation fit for the future and set us up to deliver our mission: to provide and maintain homes for those that need them most.
We're looking at every aspect of our organisation to deliver an improved experience for everyone who lives in our homes. We're focused on improved housing management, housing people more quickly, improving our handling of customer enquiries, and ensuring frontline workers are more visible.
We're also reviewing how we're structured to make sure we have the right resource and the right skills in the right part of our organisation.
This brings an exciting opportunity for you to join our leadership team in the North, West and Central Region as Regional Housing Lead, and be part of something amazing as we continue on our transformational journey.
You'll be responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership and direction to multiple neighbourhood housing teams based south of the midlands, which includes homes in East Midlands, Bedfordshire, Oxfordshire, Hampshire and the South West, whilst working with colleagues in Clarion Repairs, along with other internal stakeholders to deliver the Proactive Place and Proactive Relationship Management approaches for customers.
You'll set and work within your regional budgets and foster a performance-based culture focused on resident satisfaction and delivering positive outcomes for customers. As well as developing and delivering local operational plans which meet our objectives and the Customer strategy.
We'll look to you to deliver exceptional resident engagement initiatives, and to develop positive relationships with stakeholders that embody collaboration and drives service improvement.

To be successful, you'll be energetic, display a passion for social housing and excellent customer service and demonstrate an ability to develop high performing teams that share your passion and vision.
If you have experience of leading tenancy teams with a track record of managing and leading neighbourhood management services and either hold an appropriate CIH (or equivalent) qualification in housing management, or are committed to complete one within 24 months of starting the role, then please review the full role profile before applying - Regional Housing Lead
