Full Job Description

Due to continued growth Sanctuary Care is now recruiting for an experienced Regional Maintenance Manager to provide support to our homes across the West Midlands. The successful candidate will undertake the scoping, specification and management of planned and reactive maintenance projects across the region, ensuring work is delivered to the highest quality; responding to breakdowns in service delivery and providing accurate and timely information on progress. The role will also provide supervision, support and direction to maintenance operatives enabling safe and well maintained environments, accurate record keeping and stock levels, carrying out compliance audits, ensuring tools and equipment are maintained in good condition and stocks are replenished within agreed procedures and budgets., Sanctuary Group encourages and welcomes applications from people from diverse backgrounds to support our commitment to offering an inclusive environment for our employees and customers.   • Experience of working with others to deliver maintenance related works, including indirect reports and third party suppliers
  • Experience of working within a maintenance, construction or property management environment
  • Experience of managing small to medium scale refurbishment projects and supervising and supporting staff
  • Practical skill in identifying and/or carrying out minor repairs
