- Oversee day-to-day operations of care services across the Midlands
- Develop and implement person-centred care plans
- Inspire, motivate, and mentor a compassionate team of Healthcare Assistants
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and clients
- Maintain and improve CQC standards across all care packages
- Manage staff rotas and ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced environment
Proven experience in a managerial role within care - Full UK driving licence (essential due to travel requirements)
