Full Job Description

To support our growth we are looking to recruit a Regional Operations Lead who is passionate about delivering innovative and alternative curriculum designs for pupils with SEMH and ASC needs.

At Spaghetti Bridge, we celebrate our unique three stage curriculum approach to learning, which embeds the necessary 21st century skills that our children need in order to lead fulfilling lives in a fast changing society.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Regional Operations Lead to support existing schools and to help us to develop new provision.

The successful candidate will partner with our schools in Wiltshire, Gloucestershire & Northants. As we continue to develop new services this may extend other adjoining areas. This is a remote post with regular travel to our services.

With a primary focus on providing operational guidance and strategic support to our school leaders whilst ensuring that statutory requirements are met, the successful candidate will work alongside Group Support colleagues and School Leaders to quality assure existing systems and help implement research-led curriculum developments.

Candidates must have experience as a school leader, with the ability to support, guide and develop leadership teams. The must be able to demonstrate that they are able to support the delivery of high quality, aspirational and compliant services.
