Full Job Description

ICare Group is looking for a dedicated and experienced Regional Operations Manager to lead our domiciliary care branches and extra care facilities in the specified region. In this crucial role, you will ensure the efficient delivery of high-quality care services by effectively managing and supporting our team of registered care managers., Leadership and Development: Supervise, guide, and mentor a team of registered care managers across multiple branches, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, policies, and procedures governing domiciliary care services through regular audits and inspections.
Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the Head of Care and the Senior Management Team to align regional operations with company objectives, developing and implementing strategic plans.
Performance Monitoring: Track the performance of registered care managers and their teams, focusing on key metrics such as recruitment, client satisfaction, quality, staff retention, and financial outcomes.
Coaching and Support: Provide ongoing leadership and mentorship in areas including quality care, employee management, training and development, client assessments, and care planning.
Stakeholder Liaison: Build and maintain relationships between regional branches and HR, Finance, IT, Recruitment, contracts and commissioning, Senior Management, and local authorities to ensure effective communication.
Issue Resolution: Address concerns raised by clients, their families, or staff in a timely and professional manner.
Continuous Improvement: Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes, implementing necessary adjustments to uphold compliance and enhance care quality.
Tender Support: Collaborate with our tender writers to support the development of competitive proposals.
Deputy Support: Step in as the Blackpool Care Deputy as required, ensuring continuity of care and effective operations during transitions.

Proven experience in a senior management role within the healthcare or social care sector, particularly in domiciliary and extra care services.
Successful track record of managing multi-site operations and leading teams to achieve strategic objectives.
Strong knowledge of CQC regulatory requirements and standards relevant to domiciliary care services.
Exceptional leadership, communication, IT, and people skills.
Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make informed, data-driven decisions to enhance performance.
Commitment to delivering high-quality care and promoting the well-being of clients.
Familiarity with IT systems and industry-specific digital software.
Willingness to travel within the region and to head office as needed.
