Full Job Description

Meta is looking for a Regional Program Manager to lead the strategy, operations and communications for the SMS and Business Messaging programs. As a Program Manager at Meta, you'll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish - working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage program schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You will play a key role in defining and driving impactful client partnerships, solving complex product problems and building programs and infrastructure that power Meta family of app products and drive growth across the platform. This role will work with some of the most influential and exciting Business Messaging Telco partners in EMEA to drive business growth and innovation for clients and partners. This role requires an experienced program manager and partnerships professional who is a self-starter and passionate about partners, products and people. Established success building, 1. Understand and manage cross functional program inter-dependencies to achieve program objectives
2. Measure and report program metrics / KPIs and lead continuous improvement
3. Program manage operational and deal reviews, quickly understanding context, issues, risks and bring to resolution in ambiguous situations
4. Keep regional and product stakeholders regularly informed of program progress, risk identification / mitigation and issue identification / resolution
5. Use data to optimize processes and create playbooks for teams to execute. Identify infrastructure/system improvements to improve internal efficiency
6. Collaborate with regional partnership leads to maximize new business opportunities towards creating more efficient deal and delivery processes
7. Be the strategic advisor to the partner's business growth to accelerate long term revenue and future-proof the strategic direction of the partner.
8. Identify and translate market opportunities and challenges in the Business Messaging world into a well-defined strategy that will accelerate the growth of the ecosystem in EMEA.
9. Unlock revenue and value through a deep understanding of a partner's business models, positioning and risks.
10. Work with partners, across different stages of the partnership life cycle to focus on their go-to-market plans with their clients, across Business Messaging platforms.
11. Provide thought leadership on the direction of Messaging and specifically Conversational Commerce.
12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence partner product development efforts both shorter term feature requests and long-term strategic roadmap.
13. Drive product adoption and growth as well as provide on-going education about new and existing Meta marketing products

relationships with decision makers (C-Suite) and experience driving growth through GTM (Go-to-market) hands-on would be an asset., 14. 8+ years of experience in business development, strategy & operations, management consulting, general manager role in Telco or mobile authentication or messaging industry.
15. Good understanding on mobile authentication, A2P business, business messaging including an interest for Meta products and the digital marketing landscape.
16. Experience and/or understanding of the digital advertising industry or CPaaS industry.
17. Experience driving growth through technology and product integrations is a major plus. Capability to understand how to utilize Meta's products in order to drive growth with Partners.
18. Can demonstrate an interest in Advertising, Business Messaging and Social commerce.
19. Proven experience in working successfully with cross-functional peers and stakeholders, both internally and externally.
