Regional Recruiter Complex Care

Complex Services Regional Recruiters will be responsible for the implementation of the recruitment strategy and recruiting excellent Care Professionals across their region. This will include implementing forward thinking attraction strategies to find the top talent in the sector, both online and within the local area, working closely with our marketing team. You will have access to a wealth of recruitment data which will need to be regularly reviewed and analysed to ensure data-led decisions are being made. Regular meetings with our branch managers will be required to build strong relationships and understand their staffing needs.   Full UK Driving License
• Previous recruitment experience with a special focus on direct sourcing for specialist roles.
• Excellent communication skills and local knowledge
