Full Job Description

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for a quarterly revenue quota. This individual is expected to enter the sales process with a prospect at the highest possible level and meet or exceed established sales quotas by presenting and selling products. Travel is required as a direct end-user, and partner meetings will comprise a significant portion of this position. Candidate must possess Pro AV and Unified Communication solutions technical knowledge to make presentations and lead discussions to advance the sales process utilizing his/her Pro AV and UC knowledge.

  • Achieve quarterly and annual revenue quotas.

  • Build relationships with channel partners, consultants, and end-users.

  • Ability to develop and execution of key account plans.

  • Responsible for the development and delivery of product demonstrations.

  • Conduct end-user and integrator training as needed.

  • Communicate end-user requirements to the Product Management team.

  • Must be prepared for extensive travel (50%) in the assigned region and represent the company at International tradeshows.

The successful candidate identifies opportunities, collaborates with the channel partner and customer to provide solutions, and closes the business. The RSM will work with audio & video technology to grow his/her assigned region by establishing and developing relationships with end-user, integrators, consultants, and channel partners. We give our customers the ability to connect, work together and share ideas with a reliable audio/video experience., Consultative sales experience emphasizing audio & video integration and technical background in Pro AV and UC technologies are required.

  • The ideal candidate has professional audio & video integration and unified communication market experience.

  • End-customer, Pro AV, and UC channel experience.

  • Must be a highly motivated self-starter and possess excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to develop successful working relationships

  • Proven history of performance in developing and maintaining strong customer relationships at the enterprise level, including competence in presenting to all business and technical management levels.

  • Must be people-oriented, eager to win, highly organized in the sales process.

  • Must be an aggressive and energetic self-starter with competency in sales.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in technology is helpful.

  • The ideal candidate must have demonstrated mastery of a long sales cycle with multiple clients, preferably in the technology or unified communications arena.

  • Position based in England
