Full Job Description

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for a geographical area, the focus will be meeting and exceeding individual sales targets. This role is an integral part of the growth of the sales team and requires a self-motivated and driven individual.

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible to establishing and nurturing client relationships and understanding the market dynamics, effectively positioning our products to maximise sales revenue.,

  • Attend sales appointments booked by the Internal Telesales Team, ensuring products meet customer demands whilst maximising the sales opportunity.

  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements.

  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company offerings and the competitive landscapes.

  • Create self-generated leads for potential appointments and a pipeline for future business opportunities.

  • Work with our Sales Support and Installs teams to ensure sales processed to completion.

  • Conduct necessary market research to enable you to meet and exceed the customer demands.

  • Work within the UK field sales team, offering advice and support to peers as and when appropriate.

    We are looking for an experienced sales professional, ideally with Telecomms experience, with a proven track record of identifying and securing new business opportunities.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with potential clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.

  • Strong networking skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, industry partners, and other stakeholders.

  • Strong negotiation skills to close deals and secure sales.

  • Ability to analyse market trends, identify business opportunities, and develop strategic plans.

  • A strong focus on achieving targets and driving business growth.

  • A proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with other team members and departments.
