You'll be working within the Sales & Account Management team, contributing to the transformation of healthcare diagnostics across the UK. Due to an internal promotion, we are excited to offer a rewarding opportunity to join our Regional Sales Management team as the Regional Sales Manager - Healthcare Outcomes.

The Opportunity

In this role you will lead a team of Healthcare Outcome Sales Specialists to help achieve our goal of expanding patient access to medical tests that detect conditions, aid in diagnosis, and guide treatment decisions.

Your Impact:

  • Achieving Sales Growth: You will implement the sales strategy to achieve our commercial targets, expand market share, and facilitate pathway redesigns that improve access to medical tests in the field of Cardiometabolic, Infectious diseases Womens health and Oncology.

  • Developing Talent: As the Regional Sales Manager you will attract, develop, and retain high-performing team members while promoting a culture of continuous learning and adaptability.

  • Collaborative Networking: Success in this role will require building strong relationships across functions to support the creation and delivery of effective strategies.


  • Key Responsibilities:

    You will be responsible for developing and delivering a commercial strategy for our advanced diagnostic tests aligned with the business plan. You will build trust and foster relationships across the organisation, essential to ensuring successful implementation of the UK business plan, with a focus on leadership and talent development.

    You will shape the customer environment, collaborate with key stakeholders, and co-create pathway redesigns aligned with our test portfolio and the broader Roche solution, creating commercial opportunities for our organisation, customers and patients.

    Your role includes building trustful relationships and effective networks across the organisation to ensure effective implementation of the Roche UK business plan, with a strong focus on leadership, talent development.

    You will shape the customer environment, build partnerships with key stakeholders, and coach the team to co-create service delivery that is aligned with our portfolio and the broader Roche solutions, creating value for our organisation, customers and patients.

    You will focus on optimising our master opportunity and account data, and ensure effective use of our systems and tools.

  • A full UK driving licence is required along with the ability use, manage and coach on CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce.com)
