The core responsibilities of this position will be:

  • Sales Leadership: Motivate and manage a team of Territory Sales Managers to exceed sales goals and KPIs.
  • Retail Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders with retail partners.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular reports on sales performance, training initiatives, and market trends.

  • Good written & verbal communication
  • Strong presentation skills in both creation and delivery
  • Have a full UK driving licence
  • This opportunity will be full time on a 12 month contract. The role will require you to work remotely covering the West region of the UK with nationwide travel where required. (Ideal candiaite would be based in the Gloucester or surrounding area)
