Full Job Description

We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join our London & South Sales team, who will report to our UK Head of Sales. This role will lead the sales team and process to achieve the sales targets!

As a Regional Sales Manager, your day to day will include:

  • Ensure development of customer relationships, profitability, customer loyalty and satisfaction

  • Approve and follows up customer plans for strategic and core in their region

  • Provide and be accountable for providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, schedules, business trends, financial reports, and other business metrics.

  • Identify and build relationships to key decision makers, potential new targets and influencers

  • Accountable for leading the Sales process

  • Accountable for ensuring results (orders, contracts, profitability and market price development)

  • Provide and be accountable for providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, schedules, business trends, financial reports, and other business metrics.

  • Set sales targets according to market potential

  • Ensure sales result and value proposition from their team, both short and long term

  • Execute and advise pricing guidelines for their region

  • Approve tenders and orders above Sales Consultants limits

  • Utilize global processes and tools for local benefit

  • Lead coach and develop the competencies of the sales team to maximise performance

  • Ensures adequate resources to achieve the short and long-term targets

  • Accurate reporting and forecasting to the Regional Director

  • Implementation and utilization of processes and tools to ensure resource for the team

  • Provide and be accountable for providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, schedules, business trends, financial reports, and other business metrics.

    Commercially driven to achieve outstanding results

  • Previous sales management experience, it will be advantageous if you have sales experience within the lift or escalator industry

  • Previous experience leading a sales team

  • A strong relationship builder

  • Solid knowledge of maintenance methods

  • Experience of a high-volume production environment

  • Ability to initiate, take ownership and drive change

  • Excellent time management skills, highly organised, approachable and flexible

  • Strong organisational and people skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Pro-active, driven by results and looking to go the extra mile
