Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will be responsible for creating, developing and closing net new logo and existing customer expansion business within Banking & FSI Consumer Authentication, Identity & Access Management & Fraud Mitigation space with a defined territory within Europe. We're looking for a seasoned hunter from within the SaaS enterprise marketplace, with proven software solution selling combined with success within a competitive marketplace. This person excels in building extraordinary customer relationships and experiences, leveraging a strong teamwork approach, and cross matrix collaboration across all HID Global business functions. This role will demonstrate a depth of understanding when working alongside a partner community and possess a well-established customer and partner network in Banking and FSI within the defined region. In order to acquire, develop and retain customer relationships and create a winning HID Global business, this person will help drive and maintain a high-performance culture, that is grounded in data, transparency, accountability, and agility. The ideal candidate's mindset should be customer-focused, people-oriented, open, passionate, and authentic., As our Regional Sales Manager, you'll support HID's success by:

  • Defines and executes the regional sales strategy and planning
  • Generates net new logo and existing customer expansion business opportunities and manages the end-to-end sales process.
  • Prospects to build a 3x quota sales pipeline, qualifying opportunities, and forecast pipeline accuracy.
  • Uses mechanisms such as territory planning, account development plans, pipeline health management, gap analysis and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Support them in opportunity inspection, account reviews, forecast calls, etc
  • Uses MEDDPICC, and a success criteria commitment, mutual action planning and path to close approach to drive predictable forecast outcomes. (desirable)
  • Leverages GSIs & other partners to help source, develop and progress business
  • Establishes working relationships with external parties which supports the achievement of business goals
  • Is conversant with HID's systems and procedures and ensures effective use of and conformance to standard business practices and tools (i.e. SFDC - SalesForce.com)
  • Communicates HID's vision and aligns team and personal goals to achieve business results
  • Lives teamwork and promotes cross-functional collaboration
  • Has established C level and Key Stakeholder contacts in Banking and FSI customers (desirable)
  • Builds relationships with customers as necessary providing customer escalation management as necessary for problem resolution
  • Provides support for the Technical Services and Support teams as necessary and drives initiatives which result in improvement in customer satisfaction.

    Strong presentation, negotiation and closing skills.
  • Results-oriented with a demonstrable history of creating and closing 6 figures deals within the banking and FSI market - desirable
  • A compelling storyteller with a passion for sales and winning new business….A Hunter!
  • Ability to fluently communicate in business scenarios in English and another European language: French / German / Spanish
  • Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Sound problem resolution, judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills to align and foster positive working relationships across the organization.
  • Your Experience and Education include:
  • BS/BA, or equivalent education plus relevant industry experience
  • Experience working directly with end users as well as with partners and understanding of both direct and channel centric go to market approach. Direct sales experience and success is essential.
  • 2-4 years sales experience in the Authentication, Identity Verification and, or Risk and Fraud Mitigation SaaS and, or Managed Services markets is desirable.
