We're excited to be recruiting for the new role of Regional Sales Manager to support our continued growth. As a Regional Sales Manager you will lead and motivate your Branch Managers to achieve and exceed their shop targets, while delivering the exceptional customer service that our customers expect from Travelbag.

This role supports our shops in Winchester, Cobham, Marlow and Harpenden which will open soon. You will be expected to visit each shop once every fortnight, but you can be based in one of our shops, from home or at our office in Kingston-upon-Thames.

You will work closely with the Regional Sales Manager - North to review performance, trading conditions and real time sales performance to ensure we deliver targets & budgets across our retail area. Together you will agree actions to influence positive change and product evolvement to support current and future sales.

We'd welcome applications from experienced Sales Manager's looking for their next role as well as experienced Regional Managers. You should have previous travel industry experience be an inspirational leader who can lead and motivate a team remotely to achieve results.

  • Extensive travel sales experience, preferably in a retail travel environment

  • Strong leadership/people management experience, ideally with some experience in a remote capacity

  • Proven coaching & development skills

  • Customer focussed

  • Target driven - able to achieve results through others.

  • Able to work on your own and as part of a team

  • Full driving licence
