Full Job Description

In this role, you'll report to a Regional Sales Manager and play a crucial part in liaising with our customers, branches, and managers to meet our sales and growth objectives. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service to assist with inquiries, quotations, and orders.
  • Taking ownership of quotes and orders through inbound and outbound phone calls, ensuring we follow up on all quotations and successfully convert inquiries into sales contracts.
  • Maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of Travis Perkins' product and service offerings, and having the ability to suggest alternatives and related products.
  • Collaborating directly with preferred suppliers and manufacturers to source equipment on behalf of customers.
