Additionally, you'll provide support and companionship to the residents, ensuring they have meaningful one-on-one interactions with the carers. The role requires a background in care, a good understanding of elderly care, and a Level 2 NVQ in Health & Social Care, with a view to completing an NVQ 3. Dedicated and compassionate, you'll go above and beyond to support the wellbeing of the residents.
