Full Job Description

+ You will support the delivery of a centrally funded project known as SuppoRTT, which aims to support trainees to return to training following a period of absence.
+ To contribute and lead many aspects of the SuppoRTT Project
+ To support and actively contribute to the implementation and development of the SuppoRTT Project
+ To build relationships with HR leads in trusts and support the development of a network to support trainees returning to training.
+ Efficiently conduct administrative tasks to support the Team as required, including ordering, dealing with invoices, and room bookings
+ To support the delivery of small and large events for trainees returning to work.
+ You will carry out any other duties as may reasonably be required by their line manager to support the work streams within the team., Along with supporting you to achieve your career goals we offer a generous pension scheme, unsocial hours payments (where applicable), 27 days annual leave on commencement (pro rata) and access to a range of NHS discounts. Find out about living and working here - www.youtube.com/watch?v=GkPu7HphU8A, The Professional Support & Wellbeing Service (PSW) supports all doctors, dentists and pharmacists in training whose performance has been affected by issues that may arise and prevent progression throughout the training process.
The aim of the support is to ensure that east of England trainee doctors, dentists and pharmacists have access to a professional and confidential occupational health & medical education service.
The PSW Team also support the delivery of a centrally funded project known as SuppoRTT, which aims to support trainees to return to training following a period of absence.
The Support RTT role is part of this ethos and will be an exciting project for someone who wants to make a difference.
You will join a team determined to provide excellent service to our stakeholders. By doing so, you will help make a difference to the care provided to patients by doctors in the East of England region.
