Governance Adherence: Ensure all enquiries and tenders are undertaken in accordance with Skanska/Cementation governance processes.
Preconstruction & Business Development: Lead preconstruction and business development efforts to secure new opportunities in existing and emerging markets, with a focus on combined offerings as part of our piling and ground engineering services.
Client Relations Management: Strengthen current client relationships and manage key accounts to deliver exceptional opportunities.
Budget Oversight: Agree on budgets for all work activities prior to commencement and monitor during production to ensure timely delivery meeting required standards.
Collaborative Working: Foster liaison and collaborative working between other business streams, including PreConstruction, Technical, Bentley Resource Facility, and Fabrication on combined offerings.
