Registered Care Home Manager

We are looking for a Registered Care Home Manager to join our team that has values of caring, kindness and integrity and committed to providing the best possible care with dedication and passion for their role.

Role and Responsibilities
As a Registered Care Home Manager, you will;
·Provide support, direction and Leadership to all employees.
·Prepare the home for inspections and ensure the home is compliant with the standards set by the Contracts and Commissioning Teams in the Local Authority and the Care Quality Commission.
·Actively market the Care Home and promote a positive personal / professional profile within the local community, ensuring the good reputation of the Care Home.
·To have a direct input into the care delivery to ensure care standards are met.
·Maintain effective communications with residents, relatives, staff members, management and any other concerned bodies.

Skills of a Registered Care Home Manager;
· Previous experience as a Registered Home Manager within a care setting.
· Diploma Level 5 in Leadership and Management.
· Strong managerial and communication skills.
· Excellent CQC knowledge.
· Strong knowledge about the care sector.
· To be able to work effectively within a team or on your own.
· A genuine caring nature.
