As a Registered Care Home Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and implementing best practices, while also providing guidance to the care staff.,

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring strict compliance with regulatory standards and the implementation of best practices.
• Provide management and guidance to a dedicated team of care staff, ensuring they receive ongoing training and support to deliver personalized and high-quality care.
• Develop and execute individualized care plans for residents with complex needs, prioritizing their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
• Nurture positive relationships with residents, their families, and healthcare professionals to create a supportive and inclusive care environment.
• Manage the care home budget, optimizing resource allocation while maintaining exceptional care standards.
  
  Level 5 in Health and Social Care (Management)
• A proven track record as a Care Home Manager, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of complex care requirements.
• Outstanding leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse care team.
• A steadfast commitment to advocating diversity, equality, and inclusion within the care home setting.
• Thorough understanding of regulatory mandates and best practices in care home management.
  
  Salary: £33,000 - £39,000, Contributory pension scheme
