Full Job Description

We have a unique opportunity for you to be at the forefront of a brand-new children's home in Leeds. As the Registered Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping its success, ensuring it becomes a haven of safety, support, and growth.,

  • Be the Architect: Lead the creation of a brand new children's home, fostering a culture of excellence and meeting Ofsted's rigorous standards.

  • Assemble Your Team: Recruit, develop, and inspire a dedicated staff team to deliver exceptional care.

  • Champion Young People: Oversee the well-being of residents, ensuring they receive tailored support and thrive in a safe and therapeutic environment.

  • Navigate the Journey: Manage referrals, safeguarding concerns, and the smooth operation of the home.


  • We are looking for someone with:
  • Proven experience as a Deputy or Registered Manager in children's care.

  • A Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management.

  • A Level 3 qualification in working with Children and Young People.

  • A passion for making a positive impact on young lives.
