As a Registered General Nurse (RGN) at our nursing home, you will be responsible for a range of vital duties, including:

  • Providing expert nursing care to adult patients within the nurturing environment of a nursing home, encompassing the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of personalized care plans.
  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals with precision and care.
  • Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and person-centered care that is tailored to the unique needs of our residents.
  • Monitoring residents' conditions closely and promptly reporting any changes or concerns to the appropriate members of the healthcare team.
  • Educating residents and their families about their health conditions, while promoting self-care and wellness initiatives.
