Registered General Nurse

As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional and personalised care to residents who require nursing, dementia and specialist care. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring the well-being and comfort of residents.,

• Perform thorough patient assessments and create tailored care plans to meet individual needs
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments, ensuring adherence to protocols
• Monitor vital signs and overall condition, promptly reporting any changes to the healthcare team
• Work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care
• Uphold professional standards, follow established policies and procedures, and maintain accurate and detailed care records
  
  RGN (Registered General Nurse) qualification and valid UK NMC Pin
• Proven experience as an RGN or in a similar healthcare role
• Profound knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle high-stress situations and remain composed under pressure
