Registered General Nurse - Day Shifts

Our client is looking for a Registered General Nurse (RGN) to become part of their team; Their state-of-the-art care home offers nursing, residential, and dementia care services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional and personalised care to residents. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to contribute to the continuous improvement of care practices and to collaborate with a team of passionate professionals., Day-to-Day

• Conducting comprehensive patient assessments and formulating individualized care plans


• Administering prescribed medications and treatments in compliance with regulatory standards


• Recording and monitoring patient progress and maintaining accurate documentation


• Collaborating closely with the multi-disciplinary care team to ensure holistic care delivery


• Providing emotional support and delivering educational resources to residents and their families
  
  RGN qualification and active UK NMC Pin, demonstrating eligibility to practice


• Proven experience as an RGN in a care home or a similar healthcare environment


• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities


• A strong dedication to patient-centered care and service delivery


• The capability to effectively manage multiple priorities within a dynamic care environment
