We're seeking a dynamic leader who can inspire excellence within our team, ensuring each child receives the exceptional care and support they deserve.,

  • Leadership and Team Empowerment: Lead our compassionate team of Support Workers, Senior Support Workers, and Deputy Managers with integrity and empathy. Your role is to empower and nurture them, fostering a culture of excellence and compassion.

  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the seamless day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring every aspect runs smoothly. From coordinating care to managing staff schedules and well-being, your meticulous attention to detail will ensure a safe and nurturing environment for our children.

  • Championing Quality Care: Advocate for our commitment to exceptional care by overseeing assessments, personalised care planning, and monitoring. Your dedication directly impacts the quality of life for the children under our care.

  • Regulatory Compliance Mastery: Stay updated on the latest regulations set by the Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW) and Social Care Wales (SCW). Your expertise ensures compliance and upholds the highest standards of care delivery.

  • Collaborative Approach: Collaborate closely with our DASHH team to provide expert therapeutic support to our children. Together, we'll embrace a holistic approach to care, enhancing the overall well-being of our children.

    QCF Level 4/5 in Health and Social Care, Children and Young People specific, or equivalent.

  • Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a residential care setting.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of relevant Welsh legislation and regulations.

  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.

  • A genuine passion for providing person-centered care., Residential Care with Children & Young People: 2 years (required)


  • Licence/Certification:
  • Driving Licence (required)

  • Level 4 Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care (required)

  • Level 5 Leadership and Management CYP (preferred)

    Competitive Salary: £42,000 to £45,000 per year, Qualification dependent, plus Bonus
