Full Job Description
- Provide nursing care to individuals with Autism and Mental Illness while adhering to the highest standards of professional practice
- Administer medication in accordance with policies and procedures
- Support and assist individuals with daily living activities and personal care
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care and interventions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse (RNLD) to join our client's team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will have experience working in an Autism and Mental Health setting and will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to service users., RNLD (Registered Nurse Learning Disabilities) qualification, with a valid UK NMC Pin - Previous experience working with individuals with Autism and Mental Health conditions

- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
