Full Job Description

The successful applicant will be expected to carry out direct clinical work with a variety of service users, inclusive of men, women and children. The post holder will be responsible for contributing to workforce development, which is inclusive of both health and prison staff, and is intended to support the understanding and skill base of staff working with service users., + To complete service specified assessment tools within agreed timescales for those who are referred into the service.
+ Assess, develop and implement care packages for service users within the framework of the CPA in conjunction with other members of the multi-disciplinary team. Works within codes of practice and professional guidelines and is accountable for own professional practice.
+ To manage a defined caseload of complex and challenging service users in custodial settings.
