Registered Manager

As a Registered Manager for our growing homecare business, you will be part of an exciting journey to establish the business as a large regional healthcare provider.

• Quality of service: Monitor and review the quality of the service we provide and implement improvements where necessary.


• Policies and procedures: Maintain and improve policies, procedures, and systems in accordance with relevant and CQC legislation, regulations, and best practice guidelines.


• Recruitment and training: Manage the recruitment, training, and performance of your care staff and support workers to ensure they provide safe, effective, and compassionate care and support to our service users.


• Referrals: Develop and maintain relationships with referrers and the Local Authorities.


• Budgets: Manage the budget for the service and ensure that resources are used effectively and efficiently.


• Administration: Manage and oversee the administration and financial aspects of the service.


• Growth: You'll work with the team to expand the business into supported living and other services.
  
  Qualified NVQ level 4 or 5 with:


• Domiciliary homecare experience (2+ years preferred)


• Previous experience as a Registered Manager (1+ years preferred)
