Full Job Description
We are looking for a qualified nurse to lead our team, to develop an environment that promotes dignity and independence, striving to provide the highest standards of care. The right candidate will be pragmatic in their approach and be able to balance running a caring and empathetic service alongside achieving business results.,
- Lead and manage the care team to ensure high-quality care and support is delivered to residents.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs and preferences of residents.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Oversee staff recruitment, training, and development to maintain a skilled and motivated workforce.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to achieve business goals.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive environment for residents and staff.
- Liaise with residents' families and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Minimum of a Level 5 NVQ in Leadership and Management. - Registered Nurse with an active NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) certificate and PIN.
- Experience working in the healthcare sector.
- Driven, motivated, and committed to delivering high-quality care.
