Registered Manager - Children's Residential Service - Full time - £40-60k pa - Leicester A brand new children's residential service, supporting unaccompanied asylum-seeking children aged 16-18, requires a passionate and efficient Registered Manager to effectively lead a multi-disciplinary team.,

• Conduct referral assessments, placements, and admissions.
• Maintain staff rotas and provide emergency out-of-hours cover.
• Identify and address care and training needs.
• Oversee care processes, including risk assessments and care plans.
• Maintain compliance with safeguarding protocols and statutory legislation.
• Conduct quality reviews and manage inspections.
  
  This is a senior management role and the successful candidate must demonstrate high levels of professionalism, competence and leadership and be able to confidently represent the organisation. You will be rewarded with a competitive salary as well as a £5k bonus if an Outstanding Ofsted inspection is achieved., Registered Manager's Award or Diploma Level 5 achieved within the relevant care environment

• Supervisory experience in a relevant care environment
• UK drivers licence
Desirable:
• Experienced in UASC, however transferrable skills will be considered
