Full Job Description

  • Conducting thorough mental health assessments and developing personalized care plans to address patients' needs.

  • Administering medications and closely monitoring patient responses, providing necessary adjustments as required.

  • Offering therapeutic interventions and unwavering emotional support to aid patients in their recovery journey.

  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic and comprehensive care for individuals facing mental health challenges.

  • Advocating for patients' needs and rights while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.

  • Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records to ensure seamless continuity of care.

    Valid RMN (Registered Mental Health Nurse) qualification and UK NMC Pin.

  • Proven experience in acute mental health settings, with a strong understanding of PICU (Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit) and Acute procedures.

  • In-depth knowledge of mental health conditions, treatments, and various therapeutic interventions.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills crucial for building trusting relationships with patients and colleagues.

  • Ability to remain effective and composed in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
