  Registered Mental Health Nurse qualification and valid UK NMC Pin
• Demonstrated expertise in acute mental health nursing
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain composed and professional in high-stress situations
• Strong grasp of evidence-based practice with a dedication to continuous learning and development
• Compassionate and non-judgmental approach to care
