Registered Nurse

Are you a passionate and patient focused Registered Nurse, with experience or a keen interest in Enteral Nutrition?, If this is the role for you, your responsibilities will include:

• Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to aid the facilitation of a safe discharge and ongoing care of our enterally fed patients


• Directly liaising with Dietitians and Nutritional teams to manage the care and nutritional support of our patients within the community


• Responsible for the training of our enterally fed patients, families and carers


• Managing a patient caseload, providing ongoing support in the community for patients, carers and healthcare professionals


• Regular patient visits may include the care of Naso gastric tubes, gastrostomy tubes, pumps and advice


• Working within the NMC Code of Conduct and professional practice
  
  We are looking for a registered nurse who has the ability to work autonomously within the community and hospital setting supporting our patients and working in partnership with our NHS colleagues.

• This role will be full-time, 35 hours per week, Monday Friday, 9am-5pm


• The role is field based across Dagenham and surrounding areas


• The starting salary for this position is £36,584, plus an annual bonus of £1,126, a company car/car allowance and a London weighting allowance (dependent on postcode)


• Full training and a developmental programme are available with support from our accredited nurse educators

The national team of more than 350 nurses is focused on identifying and understanding the needs of our patients to provide truly human care and support., £36,584 a year Plus London Weighting allowance dependent on postcode
